Arturo Cosí0 – Director of Regional Operations & Support Services

Mr. Cosío’s breadth of experience in for-profit and nonprofit businesses includes budget development and control, financial reporting and analysis, policy and procedure development, legal compliance, and project management. During his career, he has managed accounting, budgeting, credit, finance, human resources, information technology, insurance, purchasing, tax, and treasury in large and smaller settings. Mr. Cosío has infused customer support in every aspect of his work as a business manager from the trainings he offers to the systems he delivers.

 Mr. Cosío is an expert in business management systems, enhancement in revenue and productivity, and minimization of risk. His skills in program management and public relations have helped him increase efficiency, productivity, timeliness, and predictability of results for public- and private-sector clients.

Through Mr. Cosío’s expertise, TSS offers services that range from strategic planning to customized solutions that improve the client’s bottom line—through revenue generation, liability management, and risk minimization.

Mr. Cosío holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Cal Lutheran and a master of business administration with an emphasis in business information systems from California State University, Los Angeles.
