Carl Treseder, M.B.A. – Senior Associate For the past 17 years, Carl Treseder has been providing business services expertise to public school districts and charter schools in northern California. He has held positions of Chief Business Official and Assistant Superintendent in both large and small districts, as well as in a county office of education and a public charter school. Mr. Treseder has directed financial administration and business operation services, including the management of new school construction and facility modernization programs, food service and pupil transportation programs. Prior to employment in public K-12 education, Mr. Treseder held positions in California State agencies, including the Department of Education, the Department of Finance and theDepartment of Consumer Affairs. Mr. Treseder brings technical, financial and facilities expertise to assist our client districts in analyzing complex operational issues, creating options and devising solutions that allow for the greatest flexibility in service of students. His skills include financial planning, budget development, and charter school regulation and compliance, as well as construction project management. Mr. Treseder earned his Bachelor of Arts degree as well as his Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.
