Categorical Program Review

Although the categorical programs revenues have substantially dwindled over the last few years, the demands on the same very programs have increased significantly. And while the state program revenues are made “flexible”, the needs of student populations served by those programs still remain.  Therefore, new and innovative way of serving student needs more efficiently and cost-effectively must be found.
