Facilitation Services

TSS staff can facilitate successful resolution of issues between parties in cases where an attempt to resolve a problem on their own has been unsuccessful.

The facilitation process allows a trained, neutral person to hear disputes and provide helpful insight that the parties might not have considered on their own for resolving differences. Our services facilitate resolution of disputes arising in areas such as the following:

• Communication practices between individuals or groups
• Grievance of contract issues
• Board policy implementation
• Relations between district and outside organizations and agencies
