Henry Petrino – Director of Planning & Operations With more than 20 years’ experience as the director of facilities in public school districts, Henry Petrino has led new construction and modernization projects in numerous school districts and has managed substantial new construction and modernization programs. Mr. Petrino’s breadth of experience allows him to assist client school districts from program inception through project closeout. He has experience in developing full facilities master plans and educational specifications; establishing and coordinating all pre-bid and bidding processes, including labor compliance program management; undertaking day-to-day management of construction projects, including change order and claims management; processing and filing paperwork with appropriate state and regulatory agencies; and conducting needs assessments and managing required environmental reviews and processes, including CEQA, EIRs and DTSC, among other areas. |
