• Attendance at pre-bid meetings and pre-construction meetings
• Proper identification of dates on receipt of bids and notices to proceed
• Monitoring certified payroll
• Site visits and interviews to corroborate payment data
• Review of applications for payment to contractors regarding compliance
• Generation of monthly reports on compliance
• Production of state-mandated annual and final reports
• Filing and storage of primary and secondary construction documents
