Mr. Sprecher has consulted on numerous projects for California school districts since his retirement from a large school district in 2002, after twenty years of outstanding service in K-12 education. Besides construction management, Mr. Sprecher continues to assist school districts with fiscal and operational assistance in maintenance, custodial services, transportation, and grounds/landscaping programs. Mr. Sprecher excels in working with architects, engineering consultants, project managers, building inspectors, contractors, and appropriate local and state governmental agencies to provide school districts with timely, cost-effective projects. Before his school district administration experience, he worked as a general contractor. A former and fully credentialed teacher, Mr. Sprecher has a bachelor of arts from San Jose State University and a master’s degree from Stanford University.
